Beautiful La Hacienda
This community is full of gems. The office staff and maintenance are always so helpful and kind. The pool area is so well ... maintained, beautiful and lush plants through out. I LOVE living at La Hacienda. I have lived here close to six years. The grounds are very well maintained—it looks like a ... park. All the amenities, pool, jacuzzi, workout room, laundry room and free library are great. The place is very well maintained—every time I have asked for a repair, maintenance shows up the same day or the following day. The apartment complex is very attractive looking, parking is easy, and the property is very well located with stores and restaurants nearby. When I first moved here almost 2 yrs ago I had just lost an eye and had some problems with anxiety...Wanting to get things ... done bcz I felt insecure and vulnerable...Alot of older and disabled ppl feel that way...Wanting to stay ahead of the game bcz of fear of failure.....and falling behind..?? Anyway I just want to shout out to the ladies in the office for having the patience of the Saints....??...I just signed a new lease and I couldn't be happier...Gaines is a good company too...They Care....Ppl here r Great neighbors....Quiet...The grounds r beautiful...and I had another eye surgery..Am seeing better...It's a plus...?? I have lived here for 10+ years, and I can tell you overall, I am very content. The value you cannot beat, the grounds are ... gorgeous, no bugs, the staff is fantastic, especially Santana. She is top notch, firm yet has a caring disposition and attitude with the residents. The maintenance is done in an extremely timely manner. Trust me, I’ve heard some horror stories from friends about how long it takes to get maintenance issues addressed (IF EVER). . There have been water pipe issues on the grounds, but I think it’s to be expected when you have a historic property like this that has been around awhile. I LOVE my parking place. It’s literally right in front of my apartment, the parking is not that bad there. I know others in other properties that literally have to walk to the other side of the property to go to their car. Overall, if there is one complaint, it really has nothing to do with the property but my inconsiderate new NOISY neighbor that moved in recently. But that’s for another novel. La Hacienda felt like home the moment I stepped foot on the property to view an apartment. The staff is friendly and welcoming ... as are all the residents I've met. Maintenance is responsive and friendly too. I only toured 2 other properties before knowing that La Hacienda was the place I wanted to live. I have views of the mountains from my front deck area. The pool and hot tub look very inviting even though I haven't had the opportunity to use them yet. If you know about parking in Tucson you know it can be a pain but I never have any issues here. Ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living room area are a nice touch. Excellent water pressure and the hot water gets so hot that I can't turn it up all the way. There's outdoor cooking areas, a half court for basketball, and tennis, volleyball, and racquetball courts. Lots of friendly dogs. I'm on the second floor and I love the spacious feeling the 12 foot ceilings in the living room and kitchen area provide. There's awesome food and coffee less than 3 minutes away. I've been living here at La Hacienda Apartments for more than 10 years and it's always been wonderful. The Management team ... is great, and super friendly and responsive to any questions or issues. The maintenance team is fast, clean and able to do any repairs quickly and efficiently. The new parcel lockers make getting packages easy and not dependent on business hours. I have lived at La Hacienda for 2 years, and I love it here! I have lived in many different apartment properties in Tucson, ... and have found that there is a unique community feel here. With full growth trees all around it feels like we are living in a city park. The pool is beautiful, and the 1920's hacienda building at the center of the property gives a charm and energy that is lovely. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and with respect for our personal space and time. The staff at the office are warm, friendly and have dog treats for the pups when we stop by for a visit. The apartments are well designed with dishwashers, tall pantry space and hot water heaters in each unit. There is a wonderful dog park with trees for shade and water for the dogs. Overall, La Hacienda is a wonderful value where you can connect and feel a part of a community if you wish, or be private as well. It is a lovely, well cared for property where you can call home.
